Apple has rolled out iOS 13.3.1, iPad 13.3.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.3 and watchOS 6.1.2 updates, which bring several bug fixes, security improvements and also Indian English voice support for Siri on HomePod.
One of the most critical fixes in the 206.9MB iOS update includes a toggle to switch the U1 ultra-wideband chip — used by AirDrop — on the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro on or off, which was made available by the company after concerns arose that the ultra-wideband devices might be giving out user location even if location services are switched off for the apps individually.
The update also fixes a bug which could allow the Communication Limits feature to be circumvented, resulting in a contact being added without entering the Screen Time passcode. You can learn about other iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1 updates here.
The watchOS update brings important arbitrary code execution security fixes. You can learn more about it here. The macOS update details can be found here.
The latest iOS and iPadOS updates are available for iPhone 6s and later, iPad Air 2, and later, iPad mini 4 and later, and iPod touch 7th generation. The watchOS 6.1.2 update is available for Watch Series 1 and later and the latest macOS update will be available for macOS High Sierra 10.13.6, macOS Mojave 10.14.6, and macOS Catalina 10.15.2.
