The device has 8-megapixel rear facing and 5-megapixel selfie camera with a claimed 2-day battery life with the 4000 mAh battery. The Z50 is Lava’s attempt at making a decent budget smartphone with decent internals. The phone features 2000mAh battery, 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card and 1GB of RAM. In addition, it sports 5-megapixel shooters at both front and rear and has a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854) display.

Micromax Bharat Go

Micromax is known for their value for money products and the Bharat Go is no exception armed with a MediaTek MT6737M processor clocked at 1.1Ghz, in addition to a decent 5-megapixel primary shooter and 2000mAh battery — it is a solid product for the entry level buyer.

The device has 8GB of internal storage, coupled with 1GB of RAM and supports 4G VoLTE.

Samsung Galaxy J2 core

The J2 Core is Samsung’s take on the Android Go side of things. It flaunts a 5-inch display (540 x 960) and is powered by a Cortex A53 quad-core processor which has a clock speed of 1.4GHz. The processor is coupled with a 1GB RAM, 2600mAh battery in addition to an 8 and 5-megapixel front and rear camera. The device features 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card.

In my opinion, Nokia 2.1 would the top pick from the bunch as it packs decent internals coupled with a sleek form factor. It is expensive in the company of its competitors on this list but worthy of its price tag.
