How to check Airtel call history on Android/iPhone?
To check your call history, follow these steps:
- Head over to the Play Store and download the Airtel Thanks app.
- Once installed, open the app and it’ll ask your phone number to send you an OTP to login.
- Enter the OTP and log in.
- Once you’re logged in, tap on the card usage overview section to open options.
- Tap on Bill and Plan.
- Tap on Get Detailed Bills.
- Select the period of time for which you want to see the call logs.
- You can see all your call logs in the itemised bill.

How to check Airtel call logs on PC?
If you’re on your PC, here’s another way for you to check your call logs.
Step 1: Head over to the Airtel website and click on the login button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Enter your mobile number and the OTP that’ll be sent to you.
Step 3: Once you’re logged in, click on your phone number on the left side.
Step 4: Head over to the billing tab and scroll down to see your previous statements.
Step 5: Select whatever time period you want to see your call logs from and you’ll be able to see all the details you need.

How to check Airtel call logs using USSD codes?
If you’re looking for a quick way to get your call logs for a month, you can also text 121 and get an itemised bill for that particular month. The SMS needs to be in the following format (you can copy-paste the text below, and send it to 121).
'EPREBILL>MONTH>CDAIRTEL@EMAILID
This will generate and send the bill for the month to the email ID you specified within six hours.
