What payment methods does cricket accept?
Almost all the payment methods are the same when you make payments through online mode and when you make payments through the app.
Payments methods accepted in online mode ( Through Quick pay and My account)

Gift Cards can be used for one-time payments only and they cannot be used for Auto Pay. Keep in mind gift cards may not be accepted at all Cricket stores.
Most of the reloadable prepaid debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, and American Express logo can be used for Auto Pay.

Different ways that you can use to pay bills on Cricket?
Cricket allows its users to pay bills in a lot of different ways:
Pay online through My Account
- Log in to My Account and go to the payments section
- Type in your debit and credit card details and the amount you want to pay.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Review Payments.
- Check the secure payment information and click on Submit Payment.
Pay through the myCricket mobile app
Open the myCricket app and then tap on Pay Now located at the bottom of the screen. Then follow the steps below to pay through different payment methods:
Pay with a debit or credit card through the myCricket app
- Tap on the Credit or Debit Card option and then put in the amount you want to pay.
- Type in your debit or credit card information.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Tap on Review Payment.
- Tap on Submit Payment.
Pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay through the myCricket app
- Open the myCricket app.
- Select the digital wallet you want to use for the payment.
- Enter the amount you want to pay and then follow the on-screen steps to complete the transaction.
Pay with a Cricket refill card through the myCricket app
- Tap on the Cricket Refill card tab.
- Put in your Cricket refill card number and then tap on Validate.
- A screen with the refill card payment will appear.
- Tap on Submit Payment.

Pay through Quick Pay
Click on the Quick Pay option available at the top on cricketwireless.com
Pay with a debit or credit card in Quick Pay
- Enter your phone number.
- Click on the Blue Arrow beside the Credit or Debit Card option.
- Type in your debit or credit card information and the amount you want to pay.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Review Payment.
- Click on Submit Payment.
Pay with a Cricket refill card in Quick Pay
- Enter your phone number.
- Click on the Blue Arrow beside the Cricket Refill Card option.
- Put in your Cricket refill card number.
- Click on Validate.
- Click on Submit Payment.
Pay with a Service Payment Card in Quick Pay
- Enter your phone number.
- Click on the Blue Arrow beside the Service Payment Card option.
- Put in the card information and the amount you want to pay.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Review Payment.
- Click on Submit Payment.
Pay with PayPal in Quick Pay
- Enter your phone number.
- Click on the Blue Arrow beside the PayPal option.
- Enter the amount you want to pay.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on the Pay with PayPal button.
- Log in to your PayPal.
- Select your payment preference in PayPal.
- Click on Pay Now.
Pay through Auto Pay
Cricket allows its users to set up automatic monthly payments when they are signing up for the services of Cricket or they can sign up for Auto Pay at any time by using the My account of myCricket app. To know how to set up Auto Pay follow the steps below:
Set up Auto Pay using My Account online
- Log in to My Account on cricketwireless.com
- If you have set up a Cricket account pin then enter it.
- Type in your debit or credit card information.
- If you have multiple lines then it will ask you to select a line for receiving messages if the debit or credit card expires.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Auto Pay ON.
Set up Auto Pay using myCricket mobile app
- Open the myCricket app.
- Tap on Account Summary.
- Tap on Sign Up for Auto Pay.
- If you have set up a Cricket account pin then enter it.
- Type in your debit or credit card information.
- If you have multiple lines then it will ask you to select a line for receiving messages if the debit or credit card expires.
Pay through the Phone-Automated Payment System
To pay through the Phone-Automated Payment System you have to dial *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone or you can also call Cricket support at 1-800-274-2538. The accepted payment methods are listed below:

A $4 customer assisstance fees will be charged. Cricket does not charge the customer assistance fee to the payments made from the accounts with a Connecticut billing address.
Pay your bill In-store
You can directly go into the store and pay your bills, the accepted payment methods are listed below:
