The Indian Premier League commonly known as the IPL brings in massive amounts of viewership from across the country, which generally means that it’s a gold mine for people looking to advertise their products. One such advertisement is for and from Dream 11, a fantasy sports platform that also happens to be the title sponsor for IPL. On the app, you can play fantasy Cricket, Football, Basketball, Hockey and even Kabaddi; players can also cash out their winnings.
Now since fantasy sports apps that allow users to make money aren’t exactly allowed on the Play Store, you’re going to have to download the app from Dream11’s website.
As unconventional as installing the app and using it is, deleting the account is the same. In this article, we’re going to take a look at how to delete or suspend a Dream11 account.

Suspending a Dream11 account
If you’re looking to put your account on hold temporarily, here’s how
- Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- Tap on My Info and Settings.
- Scroll down to find the Suspend account option right next to the logout button,
- Dream11 will ask whether you want to suspend your account for 24 hours or an entire week.
Keep in mind though that once you suspend your account, you won’t be able to participate in any paid contests until your suspension ends. Also, even Dream11’s customer support team will not be able to end your suspension early.

Deleting a Dream11 account
- Tap on your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- In the menu, tap on Helpdesk.
- Scroll down to find the Contact Us button. Tap it to open contact options.
- Dream11 will ask you to Submit a request. Tap on the drop-down menu and select Account Suspended.
- You’ll be given a personalised form to fill. Fill in all the details as asked.
- You’ll also be asked to enter a description. Simply type in ‘I’d like to delete my account’ or something similar along those lines and you’re good. Hit the send button.
And that’s all. Now all you have to do is wait for the Dream11 customer support team to get back to you and they’ll take care of the rest.
