Soundcloud is an online music distribution platform, which can be used on mobile devices as well as through its website. However, several features in Soundcloud that can only be accessed via its website and one of them happens to be deleting your tracks from the online music sharing and streaming platform.

If you delete a track of your own from Soundcloud then it will be removed from your account, you won’t be able to replace or edit the track. Deleting SoundCloud songs

Login to your account on Soundcloud.com on any browser on your PC and follow the steps below. You can only delete songs that you’ve uploaded on Soundcloud.

Step 1: Click on your Profile name tab beside the Notification (bell) icon in the tab bar at the top of the screen. Then click on the Tracks option in the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Hover over the song you want to delete. A few options will appear beside the song name, click on the Delete (trash) icon.

Step 3: A confirmation box will appear; tap on Delete forever option at the bottom of the box.

Once you have deleted the song, all the likes, plays and comments of the track will be deleted and there is no way you can get them back.

How to remove Tracks from your Soundcloud playlist?

Launch the Soundcloud app and follow the steps below to delete songs from your playlist.

• Tap on the Library icon, last icon from the left side at the bottom of the screen.
• Then in your library, tap on the Playlist option.
• All your playlists will appear. Tap on the playlist from which you want to remove the song.
• On the next screen, tap on the Meatball (triple horizontal dots) icon beside the song you want to delete.
• In the menu that appears, tap on the Remove from playlist option.
