Apple Watch can help you keep track of any workout or activity you do and helps record crucial data through apps like Activity and Health. However, sometimes one might accidentally record a workout or have a duplicate workout stored in the app.
In situations like these, there is an easy way to get rid of that data from your record to avoid confusion; you can erase this data using your iPhone but not directly from your Apple Watch.
If old workouts are cluttering your records or you want to delete a particular workout data, here is how to delete workout on Apple Watch.
