At the end of the month, you will get a consolidated bill that you must clear by the 7th of the following month.

  • In the Help and Support page, select Issue with Paytm Postpaid account status.
  • Now, tap on the ‘I want to deactivate/close my Paytm Postpaid account.’ After that, select the reason why you are closing your account.
  • Finally, tap on Yes.

Once you are done with the process, Paytm will deactivate your postpaid account on the 8th of the following month.

Note: If you use the postpaid service between the date of closing submission and the 8th of the following month, Paytm will deny the closure of the account, and you will have to start the procedure again.
