Run Qbittorrent always as an administrator

Step 1: Right-click on the Qbittorrent icon and then in the drop-down click on the Properties option.
Step 2: In the properties, click on the Compatibility tab and then checkmark the Run this program as an administrator, click on Apply button and then the Ok button.
Disable Windows Defender

Add user from Qbittorrent properties
Qbittorrent security settings might have restricted access from your current system account on the PC. If this is the case then you have to add a new user through Qbittorrent properties. To add a new user through Qbittorrent properties follow the steps below:
Step 1: Right-click on the Qbittorrent icon and then in the drop-down click on the Properties option.

Step 4: Type the new username in the Enter the object names to select box that you want to add and then click on the Check Names button.
Step 5: In the Name not found window, click on the Ok button.
Once done, restart the Qbittorrent and check if the i/o error is gone or not.
