Step 4: Click on Sign Out located next to your Apple ID.

How to sign out off iMessage on iPhone?

You can also disable iMessage using your iPhone. Follow the steps mentioned below.

Open Settings on your iPhone. Scroll down and select Messages.
Tap on Send & Receive.
Under the heading You Can Receive iMessage To And Reply From, you will see the registered Apple IDs and a phone number. Tap on the Apple ID you want to disable.
