Pretty much the entirety of the 9anime library is available in both subbed and dubbed content meaning you can watch your anime exactly how you want. There’s no subscription or paywall, but you might see a bunch of ads, which is how the site remains live. Regardless, 9anime is one of the best free anime sites with a rather friendly user interface and support for both mobile and PC browsers.

Animepahe, by its own admission, is an “okay-ish anime website” but can still come in quite handy. While not nearly as expansive as 9anime, Animepahe still has a respectable content library with sub and dub options in addition to free downloads.
The quality might not be as good as some of the aforementioned paid sites or even 9anime in some cases but it serves as a good backup site in case your primary anime-watching site is down or facing issues. However, one of the biggest issues with the website is its rather simplistic interface. It’s perfectly functional and you do get access to just about every feature you need, but it just isn’t as polished as its competitors. This makes it hard to explore new anime titles and even find the ones that you’re looking for unless you know the exact title.
