Fall guys is a simple but addictive game that has seen a recent rise in popularity after it switched to the Epic Games store from Steam and went free to play at the same time. However, as popular as the game is, it still keeps running into random bugs and glitches from time to time.

In this article, we’re talking about errors when trying to connect your Amazon Prime account to Fall guys, its causes and what you can do to fix the problem.

Why does this happen?

The error happens because of a glitch between Amazon Prime and Fall guys and is generally attributed to the sync between the two platforms not working as expected.

How to fix this?

Here are two fixes you can try out.

Change the in-game language

This might seem weird, but you can resolve the error by changing the in-game language to French and then switching back to English before linking your account again. Here’s how.

Step 1: Click the gear icon in the top right to open the game settings. Alternatively, you can also press the Esc key on your keyboard.

Step 2: Click Options.

Step 3: Under the Region heading, change the Language option to French.

Now, wait for the game to restart internally and switch the language back to English. Once done, try linking your account again and it should work just fine.

Reach out to Amazon Prime Support

If the aforementioned solution didn’t work, you can reach out to Amazon Prime Support instead and have them fix the issue for you. Since Amazon Prime Gaming is integrated with multiple services, there’s a chance they might be facing some maintenance downtime or other server glitch that might be causing problems.
