Checking Valorant server status

Thankfully, Riot already has a website in place using which you can easily check whether or not Valorant servers are working as expected. While the website is more of a generalised hub for any server problems related to any of Riot’s games, it still does show server status sorted by game so you’re good to go.

This is the first place where you’ll see any indication of an outage or problem with Valorant servers. Even if they’re undergoing maintenance and have scheduled downtime, you will see it here. Make sure to select the right region when checking the server status though, as these often vary between regions.

Alternatively, you can also check Valorant’s official Twitter account. Just about every update about the game is tweeted here, including any new additions, updates and of course, any downtime or server issues the game might be facing.

Finally, you can also check out third-party sites like DownDetector or IsTheServiceDown to see if the game is experiencing any issues. However, be vary when using third-party sites as they often only rely on player reports which can vary both in terms of accuracy and by region.

In case you’re still experiencing connection issues with Valorant even after the servers are functioning as normal, check out our detailed guide on how to fix these here
