Open a video title on Primevideo.com on a browser of your choice and then click on the Gear (Settings) icon from the options at the top-right of the playback screen. Then from the three options that appear — Good, Better, Best — choose the one that suits your needs best.

How to change the video quality in the Prime Video app for Android and iOS?

Step 1: Tap on My Stuff on the bottom-right of the app windows. Then tap on the Gear (Settings) icon.
