Hello all, if you’re here you probably participated in our #giveaway on Twitter, attached below. While there isn’t much to explain here, we’ll still like to maintain clarity regarding the terms and conditions of the giveaway and the exact prizes that the winners will be given.
Candid.Technology’s Twitter Giveaways Terms and Conditions
Every participant of the giveaway is bound to the following terms and conditions and acknowledges that they must meet all the eligibility criteria to win the giveaway.
- Eligbility: The giveaway is open to all legal residents of India and Nepal who are at least 13 years of age (needs to have a legal guardian’s consent to enter in case the participant is younger than 18). Any employees of Candid.Technology or their next of kin aren’t eligible to participate in this giveaway.
- No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate in the giveaway or win it.
- Prize: Each winner of the giveaway will be awarded an Amazon Gift Card worth INR 1000. The prize can be awarded to a maximum of 10 participants, which amounts to a maximum prize pool of INR 10,000 worth of Amazon Gift Cards.
- Winner selection: The winner/s of the giveaway will be selected at random from among the people who’ve participated and successfully completed all the requirements. Multiple duplicate IDs run by a single user will be automatically disqualified.
- Miscellaneous: The company can alter (increase or decrease) the total prize pool or the number of winners for the giveaway if the contest attracts more footfall than expected or if it doesn’t.
- Data: Any data sourced during the giveaway contest, including the email IDs of winners, will not be used for any other purpose, except which serves the contest, whatsoever.
All information submitted during the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with Candid.Technology’s Privacy Policy.
