How to get the call history of the Airtel prepaid number?
If you’re on a postpaid plan, tracking your call history using your monthly bill is simple. However, for prepaid users, it’s a bit more challenging. You’ll need to rely on your phone’s call logs, which can sometimes be inconvenient, especially when trying to find a specific number from days ago.
A detailed call history in a PDF format would make things much easier. It would help you identify the number you’re looking for and allow you to see how many times you’ve contacted that same number. Downloading a PDF document containing your call history for one or even six months would be incredibly helpful. It provides a convenient way to keep track of your calls and ensures you have access to important information whenever you need it.
The only way right now to get the call history of the Airtel prepaid number is by sending an SMS to 121; here are the steps:
There are no charges for the bill. You will receive the call details for all chargeable transactions done from your account.
- Open the Messages app on your phone, start a new chat and type 121 in the Recipient.
- Now, type EPREBILL (Month) (Your email address). For example, if you want the bill for February, then your message would look like EPREBILL Feb xyz@gmail.com (You can either use the first three letters of the month or type the full name of the month).
- Once you have sent the SMS, wait for a few seconds, you’ll get a reply that looks something like this: Hi, Ebill for your number for the month of Feb’24 has been sent to your email ID: xyz@gmail.com. Your ebill password is xxxxxxxx. Your ebill password is usually your DOB and the last four digits of your phone number.
- Now open Gmail on your phone or laptop. You must have received the mail from Airtel. Scroll down to open the PDF, enter the password and you will get the call history for the said month.
To access your Airtel call history for the past six months, you’ll need to repeat the same steps for each individual month. Unfortunately, you can’t obtain the bills for all six months at once; you’ll need to do it month by month.
