Google provides an incredible opportunity for small as well as big business owners to grow their businesses. The owners can register their businesses on Google My Business as well as Google Maps.
When you register your business with Google, your business will appear on their apps, where people can give ratings as well as reviews.

How to respond on Computer?
By using Google My Business
To respond to reviews, follow the steps given below.
- Sign in on Google My Business.
- If you have Multiple reviews, click on Manage reviews, and a drop-down menu will open.
- Select the review which you would like to respond, click on Reply and then post a reply.
By using Google Maps
Follow the instructions given below.
- Sign in on Google Maps.
- Enter your business name in the search box.
- Once you have entered the location in the search box, the location will be shown on the map.
- On the left side, click on Reviews.
- Select the review that you like to respond and then click on Reply.

How to respond from Mobile?
By using Google My Business
Follow the steps given below.
- Sign in on Google My Business.
- Tap on Customers and then tap on Reviews.
- Select the review that you want to respond.
- Write a response and then tap on Send.
By using Google Maps
The instructions are given below.
- Sign in on Google Maps.
- Search your business in the Search Box. Or, tap on Menu > Your Business Profile.
- Next, tap on Reviews.
- Write a response and then tap on Reply.
If you want to edit your reply, tap on the three-dot menu and then tap on Edit.
If you want to delete your response, tap on the three-dot menu and then tap on Delete.
To report inappropriate reviews, tap on More > Report.
Note: The business owners cannot delete the reviews, but they can flag the review as inappropriate.
