Deleting credit card on Cred
Finding the delete credit card option on Cred is hard simply because there is no option to delete your credit card on the application. If you want to delete your credit card, you will have to archive your card instead.
This will delete your credit card information, but it will preserve all the transactions processed by Cred for compliance reasons on Cred servers. To archive, your card on Cred, open the app on your device and follow the steps given below.
- Open your profile by clicking on the button on the top left corner.
- Hold and swipe right on your credit card.
- Click on Archive card and click on Archive card button in the pop-up window.
If you archive your card on Cred you wont be able to use it on the platform. In addition to this, you will not be able to see the transactions relating to the card on the application as well.
Although the method given above works just fine, there is another way users can archive their cards on Cred. Given below is another way of archiving your credit card on Cred.
- Click on cards to see all your credit cards on the app.
- Select the manage tab on the top right corner.
- Click on archive card
- Select the credit card you want to remove.
- Click on Archive card in the pop-up window.
As mentioned above, once you’ve archived and removed the card, you won’t be able to make payments using it or access its transaction history on Cred.
