- Click on the Settings (gear icon) located at the top right.
- On the drop-down menu, click on Settings.
- Click on Account and Import.

- Re-enter your old password again. (This is just for verification).
- Now, enter the new password of your choice. Re-enter it for confirmation, and then click on CHANGE PASSWORD.

How to change your Gmail password via the Gmail app?
If you are using the Gmail app on Android, follow the instructions below to change your password.
- Open the Gmail app.
- At the top left, click on the hamburger icon.
- On the drop-down menu, click on Settings.
- If you have more than on account, Gmail will prompt you to choose one account.
- Uner Account section, tap on Manage your Google Account.
- Slide the screen a bit and tap on the Security option.
- Tap on Password.
- Now, Gmail will confirm that you are indeed the account’s owner. To confirm that, you need to re-enter the password.
- After you have entered the old password, enter the new password in the space provided. Re-enter the new password, and then tap on Change the password.
