You can type the division sign (÷) by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Press and release Ctrl + Shift + U. You’ll see an underlined “u” in the text field.
Step 2: Now, enter the Unicode for the division sign (00f7) and press Spacebar or Enter keys.
