How to check in on the Facebook Mobile app?
If you use the Facebook mobile app and want to know how to check in then follow the step below.

- Open the Facebook app on your phone and tap on the Add (Plus sign) icon at the top beside the Search icon.
- In the dropdown menu, click on the Post option.
- On the Create post screen, select the Check-in option.
- If you haven’t already turned on your location, Facebook will ask you to turn on your phone’s location. Enable your location, and then Facebook will show you all nearby locations. Select your location.
- After selecting your location, you can add an album or make it a public or private post and also write something about the location. After you are done, tap on the Post button available at the top right corner of the screen.

How to check in on the Facebook Mobile app?
If you want to check in on Facebook using your computer, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to your desktop Facebook account and click on What’s on your mind box.

Step 2: In the Create post box, click on the Check-in (Red map marker) icon.

Step 3: Select the location, you can also search for the location in the search bar.

Step 4: Similar to the mobile app, you have options to edit the post. After you are done, click on the Post button.
