ID10T, the word looks like idiot, right? Well, it actually is just that. An error caused by the user is called an id10t user.
For example, while trying to log in, you give your username wrong or your password wrong, and then when having a conversation with the support team, it comes out that it was a human error, then it is referred to as id10t error by the technical support team.
