Chegg got a 100 trust score on Scamadvisor and is considered to be safe to use, but BBB gave it a rating of 1.03 stars, which is not good.
Chegg operates in two main areas.

- Secondly, there are Chegg Books, which handles textbook sales and rentals.
Interestingly, if you look at complaints on the BBB website, you’ll find that most of them are directed towards Chegg Books, not Chegg Tutors.
