Check internet connection

Get rid of ad-blocker

  • For LG TV, you can unplug the TV from the power socket for 30 seconds or more, after this reconnect the plug and turn on your TV. Launch the app again.

For other smart TVs as well, you can follow the same instructions. If you are connected to a router or a modem, then restart the network device and try to restart the app again.


If you have the Paramount Plus app on your mobile phone and you are facing problems while viewing any content on the app then you should check your internet connection’s strength. If you are connected to a router or a modem, then restart the network device and later try restarting the app again.

Xbox or PlayStation

Streaming on an Xbox, PS4, or PS5 gaming console can also experience issues when trying to stream the Paramount+ app. You can sort the streaming issues on either your Xbox or PlayStation by going through the given steps:

  • For Xbox, you can head to settings and restart the console. Your Xbox device will restart after a confirmation prompt.
  • For PS4 and PS5, you can power down your controller by holding the PS button and either selecting the Power Down option as in PS4 or waiting for another beep in PS5 to confirm power down. Unplug the power cord from the device and wait for a minute to replug it back into the console.
