Here are six ways to fix the Youtube live licensing error.
Restart: app, browser, device router
A simple restart can go a long way in resolving any issues that you may be having with any app on your device. First, try exiting the Youtube app (or the browser if you’re running Youtube there) and restart the app to see if that fixes the issue.
If that didn’t work, try restarting your device to get rid of any temporary files that might be causing a conflict.
While you’re at restarting things, you might as well restart your router to get internet issues out of the equation too.
Sign out and sign back in
If you’re still facing the same issues, try signing out of Youtube and signing back in. This will resolve any issues caused by the data stored in the cache or cookies of the browser or app.

Refresh the page
At times you may also see this message because a page couldn’t load properly. In such cases, try refreshing the page to see if you can get the page to load.
Update the Widevine CDM component in Chrome
The Widevine CDM component in Chrome can also cause video playback and region detection problems if it is outdated. Update this component to see if that fixes your problem.
Just head over to chrome://components and look for the Widevine Content Decryption Module. You’ll see a Check for update button under the module’s description. Click it, and Chrome will automatically update the component to the latest version. This should fix the problem.

Check for updates
If the issue is in Chrome itself, chances are developers might release an update to fix the problem. Regardless, you should always ensure you’ve got the latest version of the browser installed to avoid running into issues that could otherwise be avoided.
Head over to chrome://settings/help and make sure you’re on the latest update. If you’re not, update immediately and try again. The *Aw snap* error in Chrome should be fixed.

Reset your browser
