Grammarly is one of the most popular options there but there are great alternatives too and with Microsoft releasing a native editing assistant for Word, Outlook and as an online extension, the competition has become even more fierce.
While Grammarly has a free version with limited features as well as a free browser extension, it also offers several paid plans for individuals as well as businesses or teams with added features such as readability, vocabulary and plagiarism checker starting at $11.66 per month (billed annually).
If you’re running a premium subscription of Grammarly but have found a better alternative to the platform, here is how you can cancel Grammarly subscription in a few simple steps.

Cancelling Grammarly Premium subscription
Go to app.grammarly.com on your web browser, log in to your account and follow the steps below to cancel your Grammarly subscription.
Step 1: On the sidebar at the left, click on Account.
Step 2: On the next page, select Subscription from the sidebar at the left. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel Subscription option (in red).
Step 3: On the pop-up window, click on the Yes, Continue button.
If you’re having issues while using Grammarly or would like to explore the other Premium plans on offer, you can either select the Contact Support Team or Change Plan options.
Step 4: On the next page of the pop-up window, select one of the reasons listed to give feedback to Grammarly and then click on the Cancel Subscription button.
