Changing username and name on SoundCloud
It’s not possible to change either your username or name on Soundcloud via its app, so to proceed with the steps mentioned below, you’ll need to go to the Soundcloud website via your phone browser or ideally your PC browser and sign-in to your account.
Step 1: Once you’re signed in to your account, click on the downward-arrow icon beside your username at the top-right of the display. Now, from the dropdown menu, click on Profile. Step 2: On the next page, click on the Edit button, located towards the right of the page below your header image.Step 3: The Edit your Profile window will pop-up. To change your username, edit the content in the Display name box and to change your name, edit the First name and Last name box. Then click on Save Changes. Your Soundcloud name and username will be modified after saving the changes. In the same window, you can also edit your Soundcloud profile URL by click on the pencil icon to the right of the Profile URL option.
