How to create a Telegram channel?

Launch Telegram and follow the steps below to create a channel.

Tap on the Hamburger (triple horizontal bars) icon on the top left corner of the screen.
On the next screen, tap on the New channel option.
Then type the name you want to set for your channel.
You can set a description for your channel and add a profile picture for your channel.
Then tap on the Tick mark button on the top-right corner of the screen.

On the next screen, you can set whether to make your channel private or public. Anyone can find and join a public channel, while private channels can only be joined via an invite link.
After selecting your channel type, tap on the Tick mark button on the top-right corner of the screen.

How to edit Telegram channel details?

Tap on the channel name at the top of the chat window.
On the next screen, tap on the Edit (pencil) icon.
Then all details of your channel will appear. You can change your type and description and add and remove administrators and subscribers.

How to remove a Telegram admin?

Follow the steps below to remove an admin from your Telegram channel.

Open the channel and tap Tap on the channel name at the top of the chat window.
On the next screen, tap on the Administrators option.
A list of admins of the channel will appear. Tap on the admin’s name you want to remove.
On the pop=up box, tap on the Dismiss admin option to remove the admin.

How to remove subscribers from a Telegram channel?

Follow the steps below to remove subscribers from your channel.

Tap on the channel name at the top of the chat window.
On the next screen, tap on the Subscribers option.
A list of subscribers of the channel will appear; tap on the subscriber’s name you want to remove.
