How to enable subtitles in MX player?
Movies or series are not always come with subtitles pre-installed. Sometimes, you must download an additional file to add subtitles to your tape. This is where MX Players strives the most; the streamer makes it convenient for its users to add subtitles in any language to their video file.
To enable subtitles in MX Player, you need to add subtitles to your footage. Generally, after adding subtitles, they get enabled automatically.
But if somehow, after downloading the subtitles, you cannot access them, refer to the guide below.
Step 1: Click on the Subtitle button at the top-right corner of the screen, as shown in the picture below.

Step 2: Then tap on the Open button.

Step 3: Now, press the Folder up search key from the open subtitle file prompt.

Step 4: Choose the movie or video folder with the subtitle file.

Step 5: Click the subtitle file of the said video.

How to disable Subtitles in MX player?
