There are a lot of streaming services available these days, and with the content being distributed exclusively to some of them, users might need to get subscriptions to more than one if they’re looking to catch up on all their favourite shows.

However, as popular as these streaming services are, technical snags are still relatively common. In this article, we’re talking about Paramount Plus error code 3304 and what you can do to fix the problem.

Check your internet

The first thing you should do is check if your internet is working alright. If you’re on WiFi, check to see if you have an active internet connection and good signal strength. If you’re on mobile data, check to see if mobile data is working and that you have good network coverage.

Restart your device

At times, restarting your device can fix seemingly random issues. This also reloads all the files required for the browser to work in the memory, getting better performance and a clean cache.

Disable ad blocker

Intrusive third-party ad blockers can often interfere with the way sites work on your browser. If you see error code 3304 when using Paramount Plus, it’s your ad blocker blocking some of the site’s functionality. Try disabling it and visiting the site again to see if your problem gets solved.

Disable hardware acceleration

Some streaming services use hardware acceleration to make the most out of their videos. However, if you’re running an older machine, disabling it might be a better idea.

Head over to chrome://settings/systemMake sure that the hardware acceleration setting is turned off.

Sign out of the Paramount Plus app

Signing out of the streaming app and then signing back in again can also help freshen things up for the platform, removing any corrupt cache files so that you can access Paramount without any hassles.

Reinstall the app

If nothing else works, try to reinstall the app on your current device. Reinstalling will remove all files associated with the app and then download them again, getting rid of any corrupt files that may be hampering functionality in the process.
