Method 1: Delete files on iPhone using the Files app

The Files app is the first way to delete files on an iPhone. The Files app is an in-built app that stores and allows you to manage your phone’s internal storage, iCloud, and other cloud services.

  • Head to Files > On my iPhone to see the files and folders stored in your iPhone.
  • Long-press on the folder and then tap on Delete from the drop-down menu.

Method 2: via iCloud

The second method to delete files on iPhone is via iCloud. Here’s how to do so:
