Sharechat also offers money for sending download invites to friends and acquaintances.
If someone downloads and registers to the platform using your referral link, you will get up to INR 40.
One person can send a maximum of 20,000 referral invitations in 30 days span, which means the maximum revenue you can gain from this method in a month is INR 80,000.
Users get their referral money in the form of ‘Lifafa’ in the award section of the application. For the first two referrals, you will get an additional Gold Lifafa, which enters you into a lottery with the prize money of INR 1 lakh.
Here’s how to find and share the referral link in Sharechat.
- Click on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the Sharechat app.
- Tap on the three horizontal line (hamburger menu) at the top right corner of the screen.
- Now from the drop-down menu click on the Refer and Earn option.
- On the next window tap the Whatsapp icon button or the Share link icon button at the bottom of the screen.
- If you clicked on the share link icon button, then you are required to choose the preferred media from the prompt list to share the referral code.

Champion Program is a creator-centric initiative by Sharechat to encourage users to make informative and fun clips. To join the Champions program the users first need to make five original and entertaining videos using the Sharechat camera.
Within a few days of uploading the five videos, a star icon will start displaying on your profile. Clicking on this icon will get you entry to the leader board from which you can participate in the competition.
The star icon will only show if you have made creative and unique videos that were not only liked by your subscribers but also by the Sharechat event organiser team.
Once you are selected you can continue to make more videos using the in-app camera and as your videos get popular, your ranking on the leaderboard will go up. At the end of the month, if your weekly ranking is among the top five, you will be rewarded accordingly.
You can earn up to INR 50,000 competing in the Champions program.

Affiliate Marketing
Commission-based affiliate marketing is another common revenue stream online. Numerous vloggers and bloggers use it to earn money. You can also find countless web pages where people review different products and then share links for the readers or viewers to buy the product.
The same can be done on Sharechat by generating a custom affiliate link for any product you want to promote. When someone reaches the site from your link and buys the product you get a commission.
