Are you one of those people who keep forgetting their phone number or are you wondering how to find it on your Android device?
Unlike iPhone, where your phone number is displayed at the top of the Contacts app, Android phones do not have such a straight way to show your phone number. However, there are a few methods that you can try to find your phone number on Android, depending on your phone model, Android version and settings.
In this article, we’ll explain how to find your phone number on Android using different methods.
Method 1: Find phone number on Android using the Settings
The first method that you can use to find your phone number on Android is to use the Settings menu. It is represented by the gear icon and can be accessed either via the home screen or the app drawer.
Open Settings and then tap on About phone to see your phone number. This method works perfectly if you have a stock Android 13 on your device. However, in some models and older Android versions, there can be a slight variation in the steps. For instance, you may have to navigate to Settings > About Phone/Device > Status/Phone identity > SIM status to see the phone number.

Method 3: Using your network carrier app or USSD codes
A few networks have their own unique USSD codes that can help you find the phone number. But it is mostly geo-locked and if you’re in another country, you won’t be able to use it. You can contact our network carrier for more information.
Another way is to use the apps or services provided by the network carrier. For example, I live in India and use a Jio SIM card. I can easily go to the MyJio app to see my phone number.
