Step 1: When on a video call, click on the Share button located beside the Leave button.

Step 2: In the drop-down menu, click on Screen, windows, or tab.

Step 3: To share the screen click on the Entire Screen tab and then select the screen you want to share and then click on the Share button. You can also share the system audio by clicking on the box at the bottom left of the pop-up window.

How to stop sharing the screen?

To stop sharing you just have to click on the Stop Sharing button which will be located in place of the Share button.

How to share a screen in the Microsoft Teams Windows app?

If you are using the Microsoft Teams windows app and want to know how to share a screen, then follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the Microsoft Teams windows app, click on the Share button.

Step 2: In the drop-down menu, click on the Screen option to share your screen.

To stop sharing you just have to click on the Stop Sharing button which will be located in place of the Share button.

In the Microsoft Teams mobile app, tap on the Menu (triple horizontal dots).
In the menu, tap on the Share button.
