Unturned
Unturned is an open-world survival game where you play as a survivor in a world overrun by zombies. Work with friends and make alliances to stay alive. Scavenge for weapons, food, and supplies while avoiding zombies and other players. Explore maps, gather resources, and craft to build strongholds and defences. Earn experience points by eliminating zombies to upgrade your skills. Survive online with up to 24 friends on dedicated servers or play together in split-screen multiplayer at home.

Does Unturned support cross-platform play?
Unfortunately, Unturned currently does not support crossplay between console and PC. This is because the PC version and console versions are significantly different from each other. The console versions also do not offer any crossplay or cross-platform integration. There is no announcement from the developer Smartly Dressed Games that cross-platform play will come as a feature in future.
Although Unturned has been available on consoles since 2020, crossplay support is unlikely to be added at this stage. Many dedicated fans of the game are doubtful about ever receiving crossplay support shortly, despite the crossplay being available in many modern multiplayer games.
