Following are the minimum system requirements you need to run Windows 10.

System requirements for Windows 8.1 and 8

Following are the minimum system requirements you need to run Windows 10.

CPU: 1 GHz or faster with support for PAE, NX, SSE2.
RAM: 1 GB for 32-bit and 2 GB for 64-bit.
Hard disk space: 16 GB for 32-bit and 20 GB for 64-bit.
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX9 with WDDM driver.

System requirements for Windows 7

Following are the minimum system requirements you need to run Windows 7. However, we would advise you to rethink installing Windows 7 on your system as Microsoft officially ended support for it earlier this year.
