- Issues with Gaming Services on Windows or Xbox.
- Issues with linking your Microsoft account with the game,
- Minecraft servers are down.

How to fix this?
Here are five fixes you can try out.
Restart the game
Restarting the game or your PC (or console) is also a good idea. Sometimes temporary bugs in the game won’t let you connect to servers even when online. In such cases, restarting the game or your PC can potentially resolve the Minecraft error.
Update Windows and Minecraft
Updating the game and your OS can also help resolve the issue by eliminating any underlying bugs hindering functionality.

Log out of your Microsoft Account
Logging out of your Microsoft account in-game and then logging back in again can also help resolve errors like this. Logging out and logging back in can get rid of any account issues that you might be facing.
Reinstall Microsoft Gaming Services
Another fix for the situation is to reset Microsoft Gaming Services. Here’s how.
Step 1: Press the Windows key and search for Powershell. Click on the Run as Administrator option.
Step 2: Once open, run the following command.
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Step 3: Press Windows key + R to open the Run prompt. Type regedit and hit enter.
Step 4: Head over to the following path.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services
Step 5: Find and delete the GamingServices and GamingServicesNet folders if they’re present. If not, you can skip this step.
Step 6: Press Windows key + X and click on Apps and Features.
Step 7: Find Microsoft Store in the list and click on Advanced Features.
Step 8: Click on the Reset button to reset the program.
Step 9: Repeat steps 6 to 8 for the Xbox App as well.
Step 10: Press Windows key + R to open the Run prompt. Type temp and hit enter.
Step 11: Delete everything you see in the folder.
Step 12: Repeat steps 10 and 11 for the %TEMP% and Prefetch folders as well.
Step 13: Open Windows Explorer and delete the cache folders at the paths given below.
- C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker
- C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Step 14: Restart your PC.
Step 15: Press the Windows key and search for Powershell. Click on the Run as Administrator option.
Step 16: Run the commands given below to reinstall Microsoft Gaming Services.
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHNCheck the game servers
