How to fix the issue?

Power cycle your TV

Power cycling your TV is simple yet effective; it can resolve many issues, including app installation problems. Disconnect your TV from the power source, then press and hold the power button for around 30 seconds. After that, wait another 30 seconds before plugging your TV back in, and it should start working properly.

Check the internet connection

It’s always a good idea to check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can prevent your TV from downloading and installing apps. Ensure your Wi-Fi is working properly and your TV is connected to it. You might also want to restart your router if you’re experiencing connectivity issues.
