Try again after some time
This error is most common because the recipient’s number is in an out-of-coverage area or isn’t powered on. Try calling again after some time and the call should go through.Â
Restart your phone
If you’re on the receiving end of a call ending in the US01LV error message, restarting your device is a good idea. Restarting can fix all sorts of random bugs and glitches on your device and resets your device’s communication software and hardware to reconnect to your network often getting you better connectivity after the restart.
Try calling other numbers
One thing you can do to determine whether or not the issue is at your end is to try and call other numbers. If you’re experiencing the issue only when dialling one number, there’s a pretty good chance that the recipient’s network is at fault here. If not, you should contact customer support for your respective carrier to sort out the issue.

Send an SMS
SMSs usually go through even when the receiving number is in an area with spotty connectivity. If your SMS can get through, there’s a chance that calling will also work once they get to an area with better coverage.
Check if you’ve been blocked
If the recipient has blocked your numbers, your calls are likely to terminate in this error code. Check with the recipient to see if your number has been accidentally blocked, Once unblocked, your calls should go through just fine.
Alternatively, it might also be possible that you’ve accidentally blocked the person you’re trying to call. So check your blocklist as well to see if that’s the case. If it is, unblock the number and try again.
Reach out to AT&T customer support
Last but not least, if nothing else seems to be working for you your best bet is to reach out to AT&T’s customer support and have them fix the issue for you. There’s a chance that this might just be AT&T’s fault and nothing wrong on your end, or you might be experiencing the issue because of parameters beyond your control.
