You can freeze your last seen to a specific date, set privacy settings like read receipts, last seen and online status on a per contact or group basis and even lock specific chats (or the entire app) behind either a biometric pattern or PIN lock. The app even lets you decide what contacts can call you.

This is a tricky question as it largely depends on the site from which you get your modded APK. There’s an official Whatsapp Plus website, much like all the other Whatsapp mods out there, that lets users download the modded APK for free and doesn’t contain any malware.
