How to add Grammarly to Chrome?

Grammarly is the most used grammar checker software with more than 10 million free chrome extension downloads and more than six million daily active users. It is a powerful writing assistant that provides tools to help you improve writing by proofreading your work and suggesting corrections for error.

It even provides suggestions for improvement in sentence structure, readability, and word choice in emails, documents, and social media as well.

Here are two methods that will help you to add Grammarly to Chrome — via Chrome Web Store and Grammarly’s website.

Add Grammarly to Chrome via Chrome Web Store

Step 1: Click here and you’ll be redirected to the Grammarly for Chrome extension page on the Chrome web store. If this link works, skip Step 2 and Step 3 and continue from Step 4.

Step 2: Open Apps at the top left corner of your chrome and then select Chrome Web Store.

Step 3: After the extension page is opened, search for Grammarly at the Web Store.

Step 4: Now click on the Add to Chrome for Grammarly for Chrome.

Step 5: Now click on the Add extension button on the pop-up that appears at the top of your browser.

Grammarly for Chrome extension will start downloading and will be installed automatically.

Add Grammarly to Chrome via Grammarly’s Website

Step 1: Go to Grammarly.com and click on the Add to Chrome It’s free button.

 Step 2: You’ll be redirected to the Grammarly for Chrome extension page on the Chrome web store. Now click on the Add to Chrome button.

Step 3: Now click on the Add extension button on the pop-up that appears at the top of your browser.

Grammarly for Chrome extension will start downloading and will be installed automatically.
