Android phones have come a long way from the laggy, small boxes they once were. However, that’s not to say that they’re immune from all trouble. At times, different system processes can fail and cause some pretty annoying pop-ups to deal with.

In this article, we’re talking about the Acore Android process and how you can fix any errors it throws.

Restart your phone

The first thing you should do is also the simplest. Restart your phone. Restarting, be it your smartphone, PC or router, can fix several seemingly random problems that may or may not have any explicit reasons.

Uninstall Edge

Some users have reported that Microsoft’s Edge browser on Android has caused conflicts with the Acore process. If you’ve got Edge installed, try removing the browser to see if that resolves the Android Process Acore issue for you.

Disable sync with Facebook

Facebook’s sync with its servers can also cause the Acore process to misbehave at times. Disable Facebook’s sync to see if that resolves your issue.

Clear the System Cache Partition

Clearing your phone’s system cache partition can also come in handy in such situations. This will eliminate any corrupt or damaged files in the phone’s cache that may be causing problems with Android or any of the underlying processes and throwing the error.

Every manufacturer has a different method for entering the bootloader to clear the system cache partition, so you’re going to have to refer to your phone’s manual here. However, most phones use a combination of the power and volume down keys held together for 10-15 seconds to launch the bootloader. The Android process acore has stopped error should be fixed.
