How to cancel an order on Myntra’s app for Android and iOS?
Launch the Myntra app on your Android or iOS device and follow the steps given below to cancel an order.
- Tap on the Profile icon located on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Select Orders from the list of options.
- Search for the order you want to cancel. Tap on Cancel Item tab.
- It will ask you the reason for cancellation. Select the appropriate one from the list of reasons under Select Issue.
- You can write your comment, if any, in the Additional Comments section too.
- Then tap on Confirm to cancel the order. Myntra will intimate you about the order cancellation processed via message and email on the registered phone number and email address.

Log in to your account on Myntra.com and follow the steps mentioned below to cancel an order.
Step 1: Hover over the Profile icon located on the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select Orders from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Search for the order you want to cancel. Tap on Cancel Item tab.
Step 4: It will ask you to tell the reason for cancellation. Select the appropriate reason from the list of reasons under Select Issue.
