Cancelling your Philo subscription
The exact process for the cancellation can vary based on how and where you got your Philo subscription. Remember that your account will be active until the end of your active billing cycle, even after cancelling your subscription.Â
Cancelling Philo online
The simplest way to cancel your Philo subscription is by using the Philo website. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Visit the Philo website and head over to the account page.
- Step 2: Click the Cancel my subscription button at the bottom of the page.
- Step 3: Click Cancel subscription in the confirmation prompt to confirm the cancellation.
Cancelling Philo on Roku
If you subscribed to Philo on Roku using Roku Pay, follow these steps to cancel your subscription.

- Step 1: Press the home button on your Roku remote.
- Step 2: Highlight the Philo app and press the * button.
- Step 3: Click Manage subscription.Â
- Step 4: Click Cancel subscription, followed by Cancel subscription again.
- Step 5: Click Done.Â

Cancelling Philo on Fire
If you’ve subscribed to Philo using Amazon, cancelling your subscription involves disabling auto-renewal. There are two ways you can do this.Â

Cancellation using Amazon App Store
- Step 1: Head over to the Amazon App Store Subscription page.
- Step 2: On the Actions drop-down for your Philo subscription, click Turn off auto-renewal.
- Step 3: Click Turn off auto-renewal in the confirmation prompt to confirm your cancellation.Â
Cancellation using Amazon’s website
- Step 1: Head over to Amazon and click Memberships & Subscriptions.Â
- Step 2: Click App Subscription Settings.
- Step 3: On the Actions, drop-down for your Philo subscription, click Turn off auto-renewal.Â
- Step 4: Click Turn off auto-renewal in the confirmation prompt to confirm your cancellation.Â
Cancelling Philo on Android
If you’re using an Android device, you can either cancel your Philo subscription using the Android app or using the aforementioned web method.
- Step 1: Open the Philo app, head over to Settings and tap Update my account.
- Step 2: Scroll down and tap Cancel my subscription, followed by the Cancel subscription button in the confirmation prompt.
Cancelling Philo on iOS
If you’re using an iOS device, you’re going to have to use the Subscriptions menu in the Apple Settings.
- Step 1: Head over to your phone settings and tap your name and Apple ID.
- Step 2: Tap Subscriptions, followed by Philo.
- Step 3: Tap Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
