Step 1: Go to epicgames.com and then sign in with your account details.Step 2: Once you are inside your account, hover the mouse on your display name at the top right corner.Step 3: Select Account from the drop-down menu.Step 4: Under the account info, click on the edit button beside your display name. Step 5: Enter the new name that you want. After that, re-enter that same name to confirm it. Step 6: Tick on the box that displays I understand I can not change my display name again for 2 weeks after this change and then click on the Confirm button. After this, you can see your new updated display name in Fortnite.

How to delete your Fortnite account?

If you are now tired of the game or you have switched to some other game, follow the steps given below to delete your Fortnite account. For that, first, sign in on epicgames.com.

Step 1: Go to your display name and then select Account. Step 2: Scroll below and then click on Request Delete Account. Remember to save any critical data before you carry on with the above step as once the account is deleted, and it cannot be recovered.
