While Soundcloud allows you to change your registered email, you can’t directly modify your old email address to a new one. You’ll instead need to add a new email address to your Soundcloud account, make it your primary email and then delete the old one if required. Email addresses are important as they’re the key to your accounts and are helpful in their recovery too. If you’re using an old email address that you barely access, it’s recommended you change your email address on Soundcloud to your current one.

Changing your email address on SoundCloud

Step 1: Click on the Vertical triple dots icon the last icon from the left in the tab bar at the top of the screen and then in the drop-down menu click on the Settings option.

Step 2: On the next screen, under the Account settings click on Add an email address option just below your registered email.

Step 3: A box will appear in the place of that option. Enter the new email address that you want to add to your Soundcloud account and click on the Add button beside the box.

Step 4: Soundcloud will send an authentication email to your new email ID; confirm the email by clicking on the link and the new email address will be added to your account on Soundcloud.

Step 5: Refresh the page and click on the Make primary option beside the email address you’ve added in the steps above. Soundcloud will replace the previous primary email with the new email.
