Creating a Steam account

Login to store.steampowered.com and follow the steps below to create a Steam account.

Step 1: On the home page of Steam, click on the Login option beside the Install Steam button.

Step 2: On the next screen Sign in and create options will appear. Click on the Join Stream button at the bottom of the Create new account box.

Step 3: On the next screen, fill your email address, select your country and complete the captcha verification. Then click on the checkbox (after reading the subscriber agreement) and click on Continue button.

Step 4: Steam will send a link to your email address that you have entered; verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email.

Step 5: After you verify your email, the screen will refresh and it will ask you to set a Steam account name. Type the name you want and check the availability of the name, then type the password for your Steam account and click on the Complete sign up button.

Your Steam account will be created.
