How to permanently delete your Tinder account?

Tinder is a widely used dating app and claims to have made 30 billion matches as well as 26 million matches per day. Recently, Tinder partnered with Noonlight to bring additional security to its app. Dating apps can have their share of fun but sometimes can also cause problems.

If you want to switch to another dating app or are just tired of dating, here is an article to explain how you can delete your Tinder account permanently — on the app as well as on the PC.

How to delete your Tinder account permanently? (Android and iOS)

Here are the steps to delete Tinder account. 

  • Open Tinder and then tap on the profile icon on the top left.
  • Now, tap on the Settings gear icon.
  • Scroll down to the very bottom and then tap on Delete Account.
  • After that, tap on Delete my account. 
  • Now, you will have to select a reason why you want to delete your Tinder account.
  • When you are done, tap on Delete account to finally complete the process.

How to delete Tinder account permanently? (PC)

If you are using Tinder on PC, here are the steps to delete your Tinder account.

Step 1: Sign in on Tinder.com.Step 2: Click on My Profile option from the top left (refer to the screenshot below). Step 3: Scroll down and then click on Delete Account at the bottom. What happens once your Tinder account is deleted?

After you have deleted the Tinder account, you will lose all the matches, likes, photos and messages permanently and this can’t be undone. So, make sure that you have notified the concerned people or save the pics and messages before deleting the account.

Also, make sure to cancel all the subscriptions that you have purchased on Tinder before deleting your account.
