Depending on what platform you got your Amazon Music subscription on, cancelling it can be slightly different. Here are three ways to cancel your Amazon Music subscription.
Cancelling Amazon Music on the Web
If you got your subscription using the Amazon Music website, here’s how to cancel.
Step 1: Head over to the Amazon Music website and tap the profile icon in the top right, followed by Your Amazon Music Settings.
Step 2: Under Prime Music, you’ll see your subscription status. Tap the Cancel my subscription button to start the cancellation process.
Cancelling Amazon Music using the app
If you’re using the Amazon Music app, here’s how to cancel your subscription.
- Open the Amazon Music app and tap the settings gear icon in the top right.
- Tap Your Account followed by Music Settings.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the given steps to confirm the cancellation.
Cancelling Amazon Music using iTunes
If you’re an Apple user and bought your Amazon Music subscription using iTunes, you’re going to have to through your iPhone’s settings to cancel your subscription. Keep in mind that in these cases, the refund and any due payments will be taken care of by iTunes and not Amazon. Additionally, regardless of what payment method or platform you used to subscribe to Amazon Music, your subscription will be active until the next billing period.
