Photo Guidelines

Follow the below guidelines before uploading the profile picture:

Format: JPG or PNG.
Size: Between 10 KB and 5 MB.
Recommended resolution: 720 px tall, 720 px wide.
Minimum resolution: 250 px tall, 250 px wide

Ways to change Google business profile picture

There are two ways to change your Google Business profile picture: from Google Search or the Google Maps app on your device.

Change profile picture from Google Search

Changing the profile picture from the Google search is a bit faster, but the steps are similar. To change the profile picture of your Business from Google Search, follow the steps below:

Search your business name and city in the Google search and tap the Add photo option.
Tap on Logo. The logo is the profile picture on Google Business.
Tap on the Select Photo button in the middle of the box.
Select the photo you want to set as your profile picture, and then tap on the Done button at the top right corner of the screen.
Now, crop the image as per your need and then tap on the Save button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Change profile picture from Google Maps

To change your business profile picture using the Google Maps app, follow the steps below:

Open the Google Maps app on your phone, tap the Business tab, and then tap See Business Profile below your business name.
Scroll down and tap on Edit Profile.
Tap on the Logo option.
Select, crop and save the image.
